for Sinus Infections inside the winter are caused from being in the home where the air is too dry. We are going to kick up our humidifier on the furnace and hope which will help. Also utilizing ocean spray within the nostrils should help. I am finnally at the point that I am not coughing after three weeks as well as the go to to the allergist. I still have a great deal of days to finish on the antibiotics but I am finally beginning to really feel good. However, I do find that the 24 hr Clairitn-d keeps me from sleeping so I am going to take the 12 hr. Hope everyone else gets better. I believe I will also use the nasal chrome. Primary doctor put me on 6 days of antibiotics for 6 days. A week later came back and went to allergist and he gave me a shot of cortisone and an additional double round of antibiotics and I am fine. This is your difference where the primary doctor doesn't have time for all the patients. A specialist will go a step further and cover all the bases. I did have blaring of vision and dizziness. See an allergist.
